The Radisson Hotel offers participants of the Institute a discounted rate of $87 single or double occupancy, $97 triple, and $107 quad. In additional to the convenience of staying at the conference hotel, the property features complimentary high-speed internet, pool and fitness center, and refrigerators in each room. Some microwaves are available upon request (first come, first served). Renovations completed since the 2013 Institute include an upgraded internet system (doubling the rates previously offered), new locks, and an optional kiosk check-in system. The Radisson is Green Key rated, ADA compliant, and 100% smoke-free. Their on-site restaurant offers a daily breakfast buffet, a recently updated menu for lunch and dinner, and room service.

Once you have secured the SLIG rate page, you may sign in with your Carlson Points number if needed. Alternately, you may call world-wide Radisson reservations, 1-800-967-9033, or the conference hotel directly, 801-531-7500. When making reservations by phone please identify yourself as attending SLIG. The special conference rate is available from Sunday, January 5th through Tuesday, January 21st, so feel free to come early, or stay a few days longer to explore Salt Lake City or spend more time at the Family History Library.
